I assume that your aluminum sheet metal experience is strictly with O material and that is why you don't believe a radius is necessary. (-O is annealed [soft]) Which material would I use for a computer case? I have no idea what alloy or hardness Home Depot sells but I would go with 0.032 if it is hardened or 0.064 if annealed.
